I am an orthopaedic Surgeon with specialty training in hip and knee replacement surgery. Originally from Connecticut, I played ice hockey in college and worked as a carpenter for six years before attending medical school. My education in Boston at the Harvard Orthopaedic Program inspired me to pursue fellowship training in joint replacement at Massachusetts General Hospital. My primary interest lies in the care for patients with degenerative joint disease, recognizing a multitude of conservative and surgical treatment options for patients with varying stages of arthritis.
I enjoy spending time with my young family, the outdoors, and home renovation.

“Dr. Fehm replaced my left hip and by doing so, he gave me back my life. Excel personnel are intelligent, kind and very professional. Dr. Fehm and his associates know their stuff and deliver positive results.”
“I recently had my left hip replaced by Dr. Fehm. At first I was very nervous, but from the first time I met with him everything just took off from there. Everything about the operation was simply professional and Dr. Fehm is an amazing doctor. He kept me calm and did a wonderful job on my hip. I feel great and am starting to walk fast and ready to jog.”
"This year I had a total hip replacement done by Dr. Fehm at Excel and of course, I went back to Excel for my PT. Both my PT and Dr. Fehm were fantastic and completely knowledgeable about what they do. The helped me get back on my feet and walking again. If I have surgery in the future, I would have it done at Excel."
