Michael Stempek, PA-C
After studying exercise and sport science at the University of Vermont, I became an EMT in preparation for attending a Physician Assistant Program. While working as an EMT, I met my wife and we both enrolled in the Physician Assistant Program at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. After graduating in 2006, I worked as a cardiothoracic PA for six years.
We relocated to the Boston area to be closer to friends and family and I joined Excel to return the focus of my practice to that of my passion – Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine.
My hobbies include golf and spending as much time as possible with my wife and children.

“I recently saw Michael and he was very nice! He explained everything I need to do: both now and moving forward.”
"Very helpful experience. Mike’s approach is very methodical, he zeroed in on my issues and explained them clearly. He then recommended a provider of physical therapy for treatment. I’m very pleased with Mike’s care."
"I was so happy to get in so fast! Michael Stempek was fantastic, along with everyone else! Thank you."
