Debbie graduated in 1993 from the University of New England in Biddeford, Maine with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy. She received her certification in Hand Therapy from the American Society of Hand Therapists in 2003.

She has specialized in the field of outpatient hand and upper extremity rehabilitation since 1993. She also brings experience in acute trauma, subacute rehabilitation and management of occupational therapy services.
