Dr. Grayson Connors is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in total joint replacement and revision surgery. Practicing at Winchester Hospital and operating in a state-of-the-art surgical center, he combines cutting-edge technology, minimally invasive techniques, and a deeply personalized approach to care—offering patients faster recoveries and exceptional long-term outcomes.
Dr. Connors completed his fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction Surgery through the prestigious Otto E. AuFranc Fellowship at New England Baptist Hospital, one of the nation’s leading institutions for orthopedic care. During his fellowship, he performed over 700 complex primary and revision procedures, mastering advanced techniques in hip and knee replacement.
He is highly regarded for his expertise in outpatient minimally invasive total hip and knee replacements, utilizing both the direct anterior and direct superior approaches to the hip. Intraoperative navigation technology plays a central role in his surgical planning and execution, allowing for real-time, patient-specific accuracy that leads to more consistent outcomes and quicker functional recovery.
Dr. Connors is the only surgeon in the region offering Jiffy Knee® rapid recovery knee replacement, an advanced muscle-sparing technique designed to preserve the body’s natural tissues and promote a smoother recovery. Originally from Princeton, New Jersey, Dr. Connors was an All-American lacrosse player at Wesleyan University, where he developed the drive, discipline, and team mindset that now define his surgical approach. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, exploring New England with his wife and dogs, and spending quality time with their five-month-old daughter, Lily—his greatest source of inspiration and joy.
