Rachelle N. Green, DPT

Rachelle graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 2011 with her Bachelors in Science in Exercise Science. While there, she was a member of the URI woman's rowing team. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Drexel University in 2015. She went on to complete a one year residency in orthopedics at Drexel University, finishing in 2016. She has been board certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist since 2018 and has been working in orthopedics since graduating and joined Excel in 2020.

Rachelle enjoys working with a wide variety of patients including post surgical, orthopedic and sports related injuries and has experience with patients of all ages. Rachelle incorporates a variety of techniques such as manual therapy, education and functional training to help her patients achieve their goals.
